Power BI is a powerful, secure, and flexible analytics platform designed for individuals and built to scale across organizations. Power BI helps you turn raw data into interactive visualizations and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.

Target Audience

This workshop is designed for beginners in data visualization using Power BI Service (web-based). No prior programming knowledge is needed.

Required Software/Account

  • Power BI Service is free for individuals with a work or school email.
  • No installation is required—Power BI runs entirely in the browser.
  • Create an account and sign in:
  • https://app.powerbi.com
  • Microsoft offers free licenses for students at accredited academic institutions.
