QCL Workshop – Qualtrics: From Surveys to Insights – Level 1 – Staff Only

Summary
Qualtrics is a powerful survey platform widely used in academic research, business analytics, and customer experience management. It allows users to design, distribute, and analyze surveys with an intuitive interface and advanced features for data collection. This workshop introduces the Qualtrics platform, covering essential functionalities for creating and managing surveys effectively.
Purpose
This 2-hour workshop is designed to introduce participants to Qualtrics and fundamental survey design techniques. It is intended for users with little or no prior experience with the platform.
Prerequisite
Access to a Qualtrics account (institutional or personal). Basic familiarity with online survey tools is helpful but not required.
Intended Audience
This workshop is intended for staff and faculty who are interested in designing and conducting online surveys.
